His passion started when working in Executive Search in London, moving forward as a founder of an Internet Recruitment company, which included finding a number of innovative HR Tech features in the early internet days. Before joining Potentialpark, Henrik worked at Korn Ferry where he was a member of the Senior Management Group of the Products Group. He has also served as Global Head of Business Development at Universum, with key responsibilities in geographic expansion, new products, and digital marketing, as well as over 10 years as a Commercial Executive at Gartner.
